4. The Stag Inn – Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

4.1 Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any remaining balance after expiry will not be refunded or credited.

4.2 Redemption: Vouchers can be redeemed against food and some experiences at The Stag Inn only. They cannot be used with any other promotion or discount unless stated.

4.3 No Cash Value: Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, in whole or in part.

4.4 Partial Use: If the total spend is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance may be used on a future visit within the validity period.

4.5 Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Please treat gift vouchers like cash. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed vouchers cannot be replaced.

4.6 Booking Required: For dining, events, or experiences, advance booking is recommended and subject to availability. Please mention your voucher when booking.

4.7 Exclusions: Gift vouchers may not be redeemable for certain special events/dates, ticketed evenings, or private hire unless explicitly stated. Please check at time of booking.

4.8 Non-Transferable: Vouchers are transferable only by the purchaser or recipient and may not be resold for commercial purposes.

4.9 Change of Circumstances: In the unlikely event that The Stag Inn changes ownership, closes temporarily, or ceases trading, vouchers will be honoured where legally possible but no guarantee of redemption can be given.

5.0 Right to Amend: The Stag Inn reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

5. Dog-Friendly Policy

- We are proud to be a dog-friendly establishment. However, we ask all guests bringing dogs to follow the house rules, which will be outlined at check-in or when booking a "Muddy Paws" package.

- We reserve the right to ask any guests with disruptive or aggressive pets to leave the premises.
